Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns & Exchange
1. Return or exchange are eligible if we have sent the wrong item/ wrong size/ defected item and must be made within 3 days from the date of receiving your order
2. Your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition upon received.
3. Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
4. Only eligible if we have sent the wrong item/ size/ defected item upon received (except sale items), your item must be unused and in the same condition upon received
Exchange Policy
We allow 1-time exchange for:
- Wrong colour
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged item upon receive
Exchanges are subject to stock availability
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error from our side.
Refund Policy
- We do not offer cash refunds
- Refunds are only issued in the form of store credit (valid for 90 days), unless otherwise agreed due to product damage or error
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at customercare@elzarithawork.com or Whatsapp +6010-5578827 with your:
- Order number
- Reason for return/ exchange
- Photo or video of the product (if defective or incorrect)
2. Once approved, ship the item to:
Radia, UG1-29, Persiaran Arked, Bukit Jelutong, Seksyen U8, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor
3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your exchange or issue store credit within 5-7 working days.
Important Notes
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above.
